Ender Games Theme

I am currantly reading The Ender Games. This book takes place in the near or faraway future. In the start the story starts on earth but quickly moves to space. This where they go on a space station and start to fight like the Hunger Games but in space! You find out how they are in space by the part in the story where they get picked for the games. They are forced on a spaceship or rocket and sent up to the space station where they fight to the death till there is a winner. Why do you think they have the Ender Games in space? Whould you try to fight on your own or would you team up with other contestants?

Setting of Fahrenheit 451

Currently I started to read the book Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. I have only read the first third of the book. This story takes place in a unnamed city but sounds like it might be something similar to modern day New York. This story takes place in the future very far, it takes place in the twenty fourth century. "He walked out of the fire station and along the midnight street toward the subway where the silent air propelled train slid soundlessly down its lubricated flue in the earth" (Pg 3). This tells you that it takes place in a city because only big cities have subways.
